Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were not enormous but more like the advertised photos on the website and situated on a second-floor roof, beyond anything we expected. The service was top-notch, with the staff providing accurate information and going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is superb, in the old downtown area, ideal for exploring Jerez. The dining experience was delightful, with a generous breakfast that set us up well for a day of sightseeing and sherry tasting.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, spacious with a large bathroom, and a safe for valuables. The service was amazing, especially from Monica, who turned out to be the owner. The location was wonderful, just a short walk from the train and bus station, and close to many attractions. The dining experience was great value with a fantastic selection of foods. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to street-facing, are spacious, full of character, and offer a nice change from typical North American styles. They were very comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms and cozy beds. The service was exceptional with staff who took the time to introduce us to Jerez and were always helpful, giving great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The location, while losing some personal charm after the takeover, remains ideal on the edge of the old town, just a short walk from excellent attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a very comprehensive continental breakfast, but also some disappointing fruit choices. Facilities were adequate, enhancing the stay. However, the hotel could improve on maintaining its unique charm after the change in ownership and the limitations at breakfast.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had three small balconies facing the park. The service was exceptional, from organizing bodega visits to recommending local tapa bars. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic hotel worth every penny.
The hotel is located close to the main square, making it convenient for exploring and relaxing in Jerez or going on day trips to Seville or Cadiz. The rooms are cozy with shutters and curtains that help reduce noise, although they could use some more light. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to provide information and assistance. The dining experience is satisfying, offering fresh and tasty options for a good value. However, the lack of some facilities may be a drawback, but overall, it's a great choice for a pleasant stay.
